Meet Cody, one of our contractors at Avail! He is from Afton, Wyoming. He worked in law enforcement for 7 years before entering the construction field. He has contracted for Avail for the past 3 years and his favorite part has been getting to work with a skilled team in creating projects for the communities we serve.

Beth Martin

Beth, from Butte, Montana has worked with Avail for 8.5 years! When she was a kid, she would build hot wheels cities in dirt piles, which sparked her desire for construction. She has enjoyed collaborating with a diverse team as they accomplish projects together. One of the most fulfilling things for her is seeing those projects’ impacts for years to follow.

    Jeralyn is from Pocatello, Idaho and has worked with Avail for 2 years! A fun fact about her is that she flunked Kindergarten, but then became valedictorian of her high school. When asked what brought her to the construction industry, she said, “Honestly, I think construction chose me!  The endless potential of the industry keeps me intrigued—no two projects are ever the same, and there’s always a new challenge to tackle. Plus, let’s face it, being a woman in a so-called ‘man’s world’ brings its own spark of determination and energy.”

With his father being in the construction industry for 56 years, he wanted to follow in his footsteps.     Dillon, from Rigby, Idaho has been with Avail for 3.5 years! When not working in construction, he enjoys spending his time building legos. Growing up, he lived on a farm so he has always loved being outside working with equipment. He loves the camraderie built between the Avail team.
