Meta Ad Specialist

Handy Optimal is hiring a data-savvy, performance-focused Google Ads Specialist to manage and scale client campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max. You’ll be responsible for building high-converting funnels, optimizing campaign structure, and reporting on real ROI — not just clicks.

This is an in person role designed for someone who thrives in digital marketing environments and has a passion for crafting and optimizing paid strategies that drive real business results.

 

Handy Optimal Outcomes

Description:

  • Plan, build, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Shopping)

  • Assist in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation

  • Write or refine compelling ad copy aligned with campaign objectives and target audiences

  • Set up conversion tracking (including Google Tag Manager and GA4 integration)

  • Optimize campaigns for KPIs like ROAS, CPA, CTR, Quality Score, and impression share

  • Build and manage campaign budgets and bid strategies to align with client goals

  • Generate and present performance reports with clear insights and next steps

  • Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to align ad creatives and landing pages with performance goals

  • Stay up-to-date with Google Ads platform changes, trends, and best practices

Qualifications:

  • Experience running successful Google Ads campaigns

  • Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, and GA4 (Google Analytics 4)

  • Proven track record managing ad budgets and optimizing for real business KPIs

  • Strong skills in keyword strategy, bid management, and ad testing

  • Understanding of campaign structure best practices (SKAGs, segmentation, match types, etc.)

  • Experience using tools like SEMrush, or similar for competitive analysis and keyword research

  • Ability to work independently and communicate results clearly

  • Experience in eCommerce, lead generation, or SaaS campaigns is a plus
