Meta Ad Specialist
Handy Optimal is seeking a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and the Meta Ads ecosystem. In this role, you’ll be a key player in scaling our clients’ growth, directly responsible for strategy, execution, and performance. You’ll collaborate closely with SEO specialists, Google Ads specialists, designers, copywriters, and data analysts to craft high-performing ad experiences.
This is an in-person position, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced digital environments and is passionate about performance marketing.
Description:
- Create Meta and Google Paid Ads
- Optimize images for web using Photoshop

Plan, build, and manage Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) across various industries

Conduct in-depth audience research and develop targeting strategies

Create and test ad variations (copy, creatives, formats) to drive engagement and conversions

Optimize campaigns for KPIs like ROAS, CPA, CTR, and CPM

Analyze campaign performance in Meta Ads Manager and present regular reports with insights and recommendations

Collaborate with creative teams to brief and iterate on ad creatives and landing page experiences

Stay current with Meta’s policy changes, algorithm updates, and industry trends to inform strategy
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently and with a team

Experience managing Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)

Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Events Manager, and Business Suite

Experience setting up and managing the Facebook, custom events, and conversion tracking

Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights

Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), UTM tracking

Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams

Agency or multi-client experience is a plus
